Where it all began

Bazaar began with an idea to showcase bespoke luxury furniture originally designed for some of the world's most exclusive addresses by the team at Accouter Group of Companies (AGC), Britain’s first B-corp certified interior design collective. Led by it’s Director and Interior Designer, Harriet Knowlton, Bazaar brings together a team of talented designers with years of industry knowledge and an impressive network of the finest suppliers, to turn these items into one-of-a-kind customised pieces. Harriet has extensive experience of designing and sourcing furniture pieces for an endless list of homes & families around the world, not to mention royalty. She is known for her eclectic style, love of colour and ability to bring anything to life.

In 2021, alongside AGC we announced our membership with Walpole. Walpole is responsible for promoting, protecting and developing British Luxury worldwide, somethiing we sre very passionate about. This relationship allows us to collaborate with brands that share our ethos including events such as The House of Walpole.

In 2023 we became part of Britain's first B Corp Certified interior design collective. Defined as businesses that want to achieve more than just making a profit, we commit to making goals and values that will make a positive impact on communities, clients, suppliers and employees throughout strategic decisions and operations. As a company, we have our own sustainability icons making sure we are traceable.
