We take every care to ensure that prices are correct at the time of posting and all our items are accurately described. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time, in our sole discretion, to modify or discontinue a product without notice, and shall not be liable for any modification, price change, or discontinuation.

We may make changes to any item (for example minor design or technical changes, or changes in raw materials) at any time without notice, where these do not reasonably affect use or enjoyment of the product. You may not reject any product due to such changes.
Cancellation Rights
When submitting your order, it is your responsibility to make sure that all measurements and requirements are accurate and complete. You accept that we have no liability for errors or defaults in a bespoke made to order Item where we are not at fault, and a bespoke made to order Item cannot be returned or refunded if it does not meet your expectations or you are dissatisfied with your choices.
Once your order for a bespoke made to order Item is accepted, you have a 48 hour cooling off period. This means you may cancel your order up to 48 hours after placing it and receive a full refund. After this 48 hour cooling off period you will not be entitled to cancel or make any changes to it. However, if you have made a mistake or change your mind before we have started manufacture, we use our reasonable endeavours to cancel the order or incorporate any changes, but this is not guaranteed and is at our sole discretion. Where changes are possible, we will ask you to confirm any change to the price, delivery, or anything else before going ahead.
If you do want to cancel your order within the 48 hours cooling off period, you must inform us in writing preferably by email to: orders@bazaar-london.com, including your order number and stating your wish to cancel.

The Cooling-off Period does not apply to any item that is produced to order or tailored to your individual specification (“Bespoke Item”).
You must return the item back to us within 14 days of the end of the cooling off period. You are the owner of the item once delivery has been made, and must take good care to ensure that it arrives back with us in ‘as new’ condition, unused and undamaged. If you have opened/unwrapped the item, you must re-package it again carefully to ensure that it is protected during transport. Please contact us before returning any larger item because we may, at our discretion, offer to collect the item at your cost.
If you comply with your legal obligations, we will refund the price of the returned item together with any original delivery cost (but not where you chose a special or faster delivery method). We are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the item if it is not received back in the same condition as when delivered to you.
