Please read these terms & conditions (the “Terms”) carefully before placing an order through the online store. These Terms apply exclusively to any purchase of an item from Bazaar London. By submitting an order through the website and making a payment online, you are agreeing to, and accept all these Terms, and any policies referred to or made available by hyperlink. We have the right to revise and amend these Terms at any time.
The display of items on our website is an invitation for you to make an offer to buy, which you do by submitting an order through the web store. You are responsible for ensuring that your order is correct, accurate and includes all necessary information. We are not responsible for any errors made when placing the order. We may accept or decline all or part of your order for any reason and at any time before despatch.
The agreement between yourself and Bazaar London consists of your online order and these Terms.
All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT except where stated otherwise. Payments must be made using the online payment system.
All information about payments made using Klarna can be found here.
We are reliant on third parties to supply our items therefore any item is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible if any item that you have ordered is unavailable and you will be entitled to a full refund.
We take every care to ensure that prices are correct at the time of posting and all our items are accurately described. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time, in our sole discretion, to modify or discontinue a product without notice, and shall not be liable for any modification, price change, or discontinuation.
We endeavour to ensure that the colours of our items on the website are displayed as accurately as possible, however the colours may vary between computers, and between items, so we are unable to guarantee the precise colour of the item you receive.
All quoted dimensions are approximate and for guidance only. Please check before ordering that you have enough room for your item, and, as necessary, also the space to manoeuvre any furniture along corridors, tight turns, upstairs, through doorways or windows.
We may make changes to any item (for example minor design or technical changes, or changes in raw materials) at any time without notice, where these do not reasonably affect use or enjoyment of the product. You may not reject any product due to such changes.
You have the statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to change your mind and cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the day you receive your item (“Cooling-off Period”). After this time, your item cannot be returned or cancelled, except if it is defective. The Cooling-off Period does not apply to any item that is produced to order or tailored to your individual specification (“Bespoke Item”).
If you do want to cancel your order during the Cooling-off Period, you must inform us in writing preferably by email to: email@example.com, including your order number and stating your wish to cancel. We will send you a return shipping label, however you are responsible for arranging for, and the cost of returning the item to us.
You must return the item back to us within 14 days of the end of the Cooling-off Period. You are the owner of the item once delivery has been made, and must take good care to ensure that it arrives back with us in ‘as new’ condition, unused and undamaged. If you have opened/unwrapped the item, you must re-package it again carefully to ensure that it is protected during transport. Please contact us before returning any larger item because we may, at our discretion, offer to collect the item at your cost.
If you comply with your legal obligations, we will refund the price of the returned item together with any original delivery cost (but not where you chose a special or faster delivery method). We are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the item if it is not received back in the same condition as when delivered to you.
When submitting your order, it is your responsibility to make sure that all measurements and requirements are accurate and complete. You accept that we have no liability for errors or defaults in a Bespoke Item where we are not at fault, and a Bespoke Item cannot be returned or refunded if it does not meet your expectations or you are dissatisfied with your choices.
Once your order for a Bespoke Item is accepted, you will not be entitled to cancel or make any changes to it. However, if you have made a mistake or change your mind before we have started manufacture, we use our reasonable endeavours to cancel the order or incorporate any changes, but this is not guaranteed and is at our sole discretion. Where changes are possible, we will ask you to confirm any change to the price, delivery, or anything else before going ahead.
Delivery depends on suppliers and manufacturers, so any quoted delivery times are estimates only, however we will contact you to confirm an exact delivery date. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by any unforeseen event or factor beyond our reasonable control.
We will only deliver to UK addresses. You are responsible for being available to accept delivery on the advised day and time, and ensuring that there is good access to your property for delivery vehicles.
In the case of larger items, the delivery method may vary depending on the item size and weight. Items will typically be delivered to ground floor entrance doors only, where delivery will be deemed to have been completed, and you will be responsible for the item. If the delivery agent agrees to carry the item any further where it is safe and practical to do so, you agree to accept responsibility for any damage or losses after that point, either to the item or the delivery address. You are responsible for deciding on the need for and providing any floor or other protection that may be advisable. Delivery above ground level requires suitable lift access. You are responsible for arranging any special delivery requirements with us in advance.
Please thoroughly check the condition and completeness of your item on delivery, and immediately inform the delivery agent about any obvious damage to your order (or packaging), write the details on the delivery confirmation before signing, and then tell us in writing (preferably by email).
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable time period. If the item is delivered defective, damaged in transit, the wrong item was delivered, or parts are missing, you should report this within 48 hours of delivery, and please provide evidence in the form of photos.
Should you need to return a faulty item please inform us in writing (preferably via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org), including your order number and stating the reason for the return. We will send you a return shipping label.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged securely with all its component parts. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item arrives safely back to us.
We will examine an item returned because of a fault, and where a fault is found will confirm whether the item can be replaced (at your option), or it will be refunded.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for (i) fraud or other criminal act, (ii) personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or (iii) any other liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing in these Terms shall operate as to reduce your rights as a consumer.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of use, profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of, or in connection with, any fault with an item, and in no event will we have any liability to pay any compensation other than to refund to you the purchase price of the item.
