What is Bazaar?
Bazaar is a multi-brand, one-stop e-commerce destination for luxury furnishings. As part of the award-winning Accouter Group of Companies, Bazaar share their exclusively designed interior schemes online, making luxurious design shoppable in just one click. Do you have a showroom?

Do you offer trade programme?
Yes! We welcome our colleagues in the design community who would like to use our pieces in their projects. Our made to order furniture is handcrafted in the UK by incredibly skilled craftspeople using the finest materials. These pieces are our own designs, meaning they aren’t available anywhere else.
What’s more, if you fall in love with one of our pieces but it’s not quite right just let us know – we can tweak the dimensions and use any fabric you like to make it work perfectly for your scheme. We are delighted to offer our trade customers a 30% discount off all of our furniture and rugs. Apply here.
What is the BIP Club?
Our BIP Club is for Bazaarly Important People only. Who is Bazaarly Important? That’s for us to decide, but unlike other private members clubs our only entry criteria is that you are a like-minded interior obsessive who likes a perk or four.
If accepted, BIP Members will have access to private tours of our latest interior projects, invitations to exclusive interior and art events, virtual interior design consultations with award-winning interior designers and importantly, first access to new product ranges and promotions. Do I need an account to place an order?
Of course you can shop without creating an account, however, if you do register with us, you’ll be able to track your orders and review past purchases - which is always a good thing.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Paypal, Klarna. Available payment methods may change depending on the items you are purchasing.
How do I know your payment system is secure?
Our payment system is PCI compliant. This means that all your payment and card information are handled at the very highest of security standards. Our systems are also constantly monitored to ensure your shopping experience is secure and flawless, always.
Can I pay in 30 days or instalments?
We are proudly partnered with Klarna to offer our customers flexible payment options, allowing you to pay in 30 days and in instalments. Read more here.
How do I check my order?
If you have an account, you can login and check your current and previous orders by clicking on the account icon on the top right of the page.
If you haven’t got an account with us (you silly billy), feel free to contact our customer service at welovetohelp@bazaar-london.com with your order number and they’ll be able to give you information you need.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders! Read more about our delivery service here.
Do you offer worldwide delivery?
We currently do not deliver outside of the United Kingdom. If you do have an international shipping requirement, please contact our team at welovetohelp@bazaar-london.com and we will try our very best to deliver to your destination. Restrictions within the United Kingdom are as follows - Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man.
What does white glove delivery mean?
It really is as fancy as it sounds. Our logistics partner will provide a white glove service which includes delivery to the shipping address, placement of the item in a room of your choice, assembly of the furniture AND the tidy removal of all packaging. Can I amend or cancel my order?
For bespoke, made to order items, we have a 48 hour cooling off period which means that you may cancel your order up to 48 hours after placing it and receive a full refund by emailing us. After this time, it may have already gone into production which means we cannot issue a refund.
For ‘available now’ items, amendments and cancellations are possible but only if you have not been given your tracking number at this point. Please email us as soon as possible and we will see what we can do.
Can I return my order?
For ‘available now’ items, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase as long as they are in perfect, resalable condition (receipt must be provided). Items that are bespoke or made to order are sadly non-returnable. Read more about our Returns policy here.
How do you select your products?
Harriet & Lauren, our two super talented interior designers, select pieces from our pre-designed bespoke furniture collections which then feature in our shoppable looks. They also scout out the freshest, most distinctive new brands to bring a wide range of Bazaarly Brilliant home furnishings and accessories straight to you.
What are Made To Order items?
Our Made to Order items are items that are made from scratch once you have placed your order, making it even more special! These include all of our bespoke Bazaar furniture collections and more.
Are your products customisable?
Yes they are! But only our Bazaar branded items - some of which we can offer in different dimensions and colours.
Are your products sustainable?
As part of the Accouter Group of Companies, we are very excited to be on a journey towards a more sustainable future. Not only are we in the process of becoming B-Corp certified, we are also working on grading our product lines so that we can display environmental icons for each of our core ranges, providing clarity, transparency and confidence in what you are buying.
